Building products
for markets
others ignore

I build products for the gaps: AI search visibility for Canadian SMBs, voice automation for HVAC companies. I own the product thinking and spend more time in tools than I do in decks.

CallFlow

Residential HVAC companies lose revenue every time a call goes unanswered. During peak season, that happens constantly. CallFlow is a vertical AI voice agent that handles inbound calls with brand-consistent conversation: booking appointments, dispatching emergencies, capturing new customers.

GEO Scout

When someone asks ChatGPT for "the best accountant in Toronto," most Canadian small businesses don't appear. They have no way to know, and no tool to fix it. GEO Scout audits AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, then shows business owners exactly where they stand.

Enigma Digital

Canadian SMBs had two options for a website: overpay an agency or settle for a cheap template. Enigma Digital was a productized web design studio that sat in the middle. Fixed pricing, repeatable delivery, 50+ clients, zero churn, entirely word-of-mouth growth.

About Me

Sharmarke Hassan

I'm a product manager in Toronto building at the intersection of AI and the businesses everyone ignores. GEO Scout measures AI search visibility for Canadian SMBs; CallFlow handles inbound calls for residential HVAC companies. Both came from the same instinct: find a gap, then close it. Before this, I spent 3+ years at CIBC in communications and public affairs, close enough to how large organizations make decisions to understand, more usefully, how they avoid making them.

I hold a CSPO from Scrum Alliance and a PM Certificate from York University. Most of my free time goes toward stress-testing whatever AI tool just shipped, or reading about problems I haven't thought about yet. I'm not someone who claims to have product figured out: I'm someone still early enough to be wrong about most things, and curious enough to keep going anyway.
